Shipping Information

All Platinum Health orders are shipped out via FedEx, UPS or USPS.

You may pay to have your order expedited. Shipping charges vary per carrier, item and location.

Orders placed in the evening or late afternoon will ship the next business day.

Orders placed on Friday after 1 pm EST, on the weekend (Saturday or Sunday) will ship next business day.

Note: The Envyy Sleep-to-Stand Bed and Elevate Wallhugger Adjustable Bed are excluded from these shipping options and may take up to 10 days for delivery. If you need White Glove Delivery service, please contact us at 888-550-2410 for a quote. Mattresses ship separate and typically arrive before the bed. Please plan accordingly.

Note: All orders are shipped from our US based warehouse locations.  For orders shipping to final destinations outside of the USA, Platinum Health LLC is not responsible for any customs, duties or taxes that may be levied on the incoming product. By placing an order on this site buyers outside of the USA agree to act as the importer of record and as such agree to bear the costs, if any, of all applicable customs, duties and/or taxes. Items refused will incur a 50% restocking fee upon return back to Platinum Health, LLC. See the Return Policy.

Return Policy

Please note: ALL sales related to health and personal care products are final due to the risks associated with infection control and cross contamination. Items may not be returned so that we can protect the health and safety of our employees and our valued customers. This applies to both opened and unopened shipments. Returns, refunds, and replacements for damaged or defective products require proof, receipt and are managed by incident to qualify and ensure customer satisfaction.

With regard to the Envyy and Wallhugger Beds - items refused will be assessed up to a 50% restocking fee plus shipping charges.
